*Kitchen Hands rate is between $20-25

*Cooks rate is between $25-30

*Chef's rate is between $30-35

We are looking for an experienced Chef/Cook/barista and all rounder to join our team immediately at Nicky B's Pty Ltd in Ramsgate Beach, NSW. In this full-time role or casual role, you will be responsible for preparing chicken, making schnitzel from scratch and portioning meat patties making sauces and cooking a variety of delicious sandwiches and meals to delight our customers.

What you'll be doing

  • Preparing and cooking a wide range of menu items to our high standards
  • Ensuring all food preparation and cooking is carried out in a safe and hygienic manner
  • Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment
  • Collaborating with the team to provide exceptional customer service
  • Assisting with inventory management and ordering of supplies
  • Adhering to all food safety and health regulations

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience as a chef or cook in a similar role
  • Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques and food safety practices
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Passionate about creating delicious, high-quality dishes, sandwiches and meals
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • basic experience being a barista
  • making cold refreshments such as latte, matcha, protein shakes, smoothies
