House Cleaners Needed
Location: Bethania QLD
Employment Type: Casual
Shifts: Monday to Friday (minimum 2 hours, maximum 12 hours); Some Saturdays
About the Role:
We are seeking dedicated and reliable cleaners for in-house cleaning services, primarily serving NDIS participants. Our goal is to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and ensure participant satisfaction.
Responsibilities: Perform general house cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing. Ensure all areas are cleaned to a high standard, with special attention to hygiene and no cross-contamination. Use appropriate cleaning products for different surfaces, including hospital-grade disinfectants and specific cleaners for windows, mirrors, floors, and hardwood. Handle all cleaning equipment properly, including microfibre cloths, wipes, vacuum, mop, and bucket.
Key Requirements: Strict adherence to hygiene standards and prevention of cross-contamination. Appropriate use of cleaning products and equipment for various surfaces. High standard of overall cleanliness. Ability to communicate effectively and ensure participant satisfaction. Availability to join the WhatsApp group chat for shift updates and communication.
