At Munch Express, our Pick Packers play a key role in supporting the customer service team by preparing and arranging trucks. They help manage the warehouse, maintain inventory, and pack trucks to be efficient for the business to run smoothly.

On a typical day, Pick Packers follow order sheets to pick a wide range of products, check items for quality and damage, and ensure correct quantities are packed. They are also responsible for arranging products in trucks according to customer requirements, assisting with warehouse operations, and maintaining equipment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Process incoming and outgoing stock in line with company procedures.
  • Organise goods according to picking lists.
  • Follow instructions to prepare food items, including placing products in ovens.
  • Ice vans before departure.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment.
  • Lift, move, and store heavy boxes safely in designated areas.
  • Pick items manually or using electronic scanning devices.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols during picking, packing, and shipping.
  • Conduct and record regular inventory counts.
  • Prepare shipment paperwork accurately.
  • Receive deliveries
  • Complete daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and usage reports.

Skills & Requirements

  • Physically fit with the ability to lift and move heavy boxes.
  • Confident in operating a forklift (license required).
  • Comfortable driving a small truck (no truck license needed).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in following order sheets.
  • Reliable, proactive, and safety-conscious.
  • Able to maintain a clean and organised workspace.
  • Flexible to support deliveries between Minchinbury and Minto as needed.
