We are currently seeking experienced Pick Packers to join a fast-paced chiller environment with one of Australia's leading food distribution companies.

This is an ongoing casual position offering full-time hours (8–12 hour shifts), Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday shifts. You will be working in the perishables section, with staggered early morning start times between 3am and 11am, so flexibility is key. This is a great opportunity for reliable and motivated workers who are looking for stable hours and excellent pay — $37.38 per hour, plus paid overtime.

The Role Includes:

  • Voice picking in a perishable chilled environment
  • Operating ride-on electric pallet jacks
  • Manual shrink wrapping of pallets
  • Lifting boxes up to 22kg
  • Meeting daily KPI targets of 90–100%

To Be Successful You'll Have:

  • Picking experience – a MUST (Voice Picking experience is preferred as they use a voice picking system)
  • Experience in Cold Storage
  • Ride-on electric pallet jack experience
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding and fast-paced environment
  • Good literacy and numeracy skills
  • Own reliable transport and a valid driver's licence
  • Availability to work full-time hours on an ongoing basis
  • Willingness to undergo a Pre-Employment Medical, including a Drug & Alcohol test
