Store Manager

We're looking for reliable, hardworking, honest manager to oversee multiple stores. You will be responsible for the performance, team development and overall success of each store while ensuring all the consistent standards and customer experience. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast paced retail environment and enjoys driving results across multiple locations. Sponsorship can be tried for right candidate
Key Responsibility
- Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to maximise profitability
- Willing to travel from one site to another
- Heavy lifting occasionally
- Must have own vehicle
- Manage roaster and ability to look after a team
- Plan purchasing ahead of Christmas , Mother's day etc
- Willing to work long hours of shift as well as weekend
- Must know basic maths calculations without calculator
- Weekly banking and getting change from banks
Skill and Experience
- Must have golden casket experience and has done training
- Having knowledge of Cignall software or willing to have
- Great knowledge of magazines
- Must have knowledge of access POS software or willing to have
- Must be approved for ETO training from Golden Casket
- Ability to make decisions quickly and adapt to change
