Our client is a leading organisation in sustainable waste
management and resource recovery. At their Wingfield facility, they specialise
in processing a diverse range of materials, including medical, clinical, and
hazardous waste, as well as recyclables like cardboard, plastic, and food
organics. Their operations are certified under national waste and environmental
standards, reflecting a strong commitment to innovation and environmental
excellence.

As part of the team, you'll play a key role in supporting
their mission to divert waste from landfills and contribute to a circular
economy, working in a safe, professional, and supportive environment with
opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

  • Perform
    bin swap overs, including medical, biosecurity, and document destruction
    bins
  • Complete
    bin deliveries and removals efficiently and safely
  • Deliver
    consumable items to various client sites as required
  • Operate
    vehicles and equipment in accordance with safety standards
  • Maintain
    clear and timely communication with the operations team
  • Uphold
    high standards of professionalism, reliability, and customer service

Your Profile

  • Physically
    fit and comfortable performing manual tasks regularly
  • Strong
    communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive attitude
  • Reliable,
    punctual, and safety-conscious at all times
  • Current
    truck licence appropriate to the vehicle class
  • Previous
    experience in driving or waste management operations is highly regarded
    but not essential

What's on offer is an hourly rate of $38.07 for
full-time hours, with early morning starts at 4AM . This is a casual role
with the potential to become permanent after 6 months, offering the opportunity
to work with a reputable, industry-leading organisation committed to staff
