We have a number of clinical positions, particularly nursing staff. We can offer
Full-Time, Part-Time or Casual
contracts to the right applicants.

Responsibilities:

  • A genuine passion to work within the ward, unit or operating Theatre
  • Sound clinical decision making and problem-solving skills
  • The ability to stay calm under pressure
  • A great sense of teamwork and effective communication skills
  • Effective assessment of patients, by analysing data and identifying their needs
  • Strong administration skills, ability to accurately record the patient journey in a timely fashion
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring patient safety at all times
  • Ability and willingness to cross-train where required
  • A genuine commitment to providing compassionate care that aligns with Wyvern Private Hospital's "Care Without Compromise" philosophy

Other Requirements:

  • Current registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Experience in the particular area
  • Valid Working with Children Check
  • National Police Check
  • 100-point ID check
  • Full Australian Working Rights

  • Proof of vaccinations
