What you'll be doing

As the Early Education and Care Service Manager, you will lead the daily operations of the centre, ensuring compliance with legislation and quality standards while fostering a nurturing, inclusive, and stimulating environment for children.

• Oversee service delivery aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework
• Lead and mentor a team of educators to deliver high-quality programs
• Promote health, safety, and wellbeing practices for children and staff
• Build strong, respectful relationships with families and stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement and prepare for assessment and rating

How to Apply

• Diploma or Degree level qualification relevant to Early Childhood Education and Care Services and relevant experience.
• Highly developed communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Applied knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Education and Care Services Law and Regulations and National Quality Standards governing early childhood education and care services.
• Demonstrated extensive experience to lead a team of educators in the design, development, delivery and evaluation of an early childhood education and care program.
• Demonstrated people management experience with teams (10+) of direct reports.
• Knowledge of funding relationships with State and Federal government agencies applicable to early childhood education and care services.
• Highly developed organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
