As a key contributor to the Pega Sales Consulting team, you will collaborate with product managers, software developers, analysts, business officers, and diverse stakeholders to ensure successful execution of sales strategy within the New South Wales State Government sector. Our solutions consultants are technically proficient, customer-centric, and understand the unique operational requirements and digital transformation priorities of NSW government agencies.

What You'll Do at Pega:- Demonstrate Solutions Excellence: Present, listen, create architectures, demo solutions, discuss innovative approaches and solve complex problems specific to NSW State government agencies and their citizen service objectives
- Deliver Technical Leadership: Work collaboratively with the Sales Team to create and deliver world-class technical demonstrations tailored to NSW government requirements and digital service standards
- Drive Digital Transformation: Help NSW government agencies achieve strategic business goals by streamlining critical operations and enhancing citizen engagement across multiple digital channels
- Analyze and Advise: Analyze key challenges facing NSW government enterprises and evaluate how Pega's unique technology platform can drive meaningful improvements in public service delivery and citizen outcomes
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build trusted relationships with technical and business stakeholders across NSW government agencies, understanding their unique operational context and compliance requirements
- Passionate Professional: You demonstrate genuine enthusiasm for both people and technology, bringing technical and business experience in client-facing roles such as pre-sales consulting, technical enablement, or software application development, with demonstrated preference for government sector experience
- Technically Qualified: Bachelor's degree in technology-related field or substantial knowledge of Object-Oriented programming and modern software development practices
- Strategic Communicator: Strategic thinker with proven ability to build and present robust product demonstrations, combined with exceptional communication skills needed to develop customer relationships by actively listening to, understanding, and anticipating client needs across both business and IT contexts
- Government Sector Expert: Experienced in software development and architecture, project management, requirements engineering, product management and solution architecture with specific experience working with NSW State government agencies and understanding their unique operational requirements, procurement processes, and digital service standards
- Compliance Aware: Strong understanding of NSW digital transformation strategies, government compliance frameworks, data sovereignty principles, and public sector governance requirements
- Solution Focused: Demonstrated background in delivering complex technology solutions within secure government environments, with understanding of public sector procurement and implementation processes
- Professionally Certified: Certification in Pega or similar enterprise software platforms preferred, with commitment to continuous professional development
- Extensive Experience: 8+ years of progressive experience in solution consulting, technical pre-sales, or enterprise architecture roles, with demonstrated success in government sector engagements
- Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of enterprise software architectures, cloud-based delivery models, and modern digital transformation approaches relevant to government service delivery
- Communication Excellence: Outstanding communication and presentation capabilities; proven ability to convey complex technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences across government and citizen contexts
- Performance Delivery: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities and excel in high-stakes, customer-facing environments while maintaining professional standards aligned with public sector expectations
- Stakeholder Management: Proven track record of building and maintaining productive relationships with senior government stakeholders, including agency executives, IT directors, and project managers
