The Opportunity

In this role, you will have the chance to shape the future of two Melbourne communities - while collaborating with a dynamic team and making your mark on the projects.

What You'll Do:

  • Assist in the execution of innovative marketing campaigns across digital, print, and outdoor channels.
  • Take ownership of the digital assets, including website and property portals
  • Assist with marketing briefs and presentations.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to segment audiences, personalise communications, and optimise database marketing strategies
  • Manage online listings and eDMs, ensuring our projects stand out in a competitive market.
  • Curate and edit high-impact imagery for digital platforms
  • Play a key role in project meetings by preparing agendas, capturing minutes, and ensuring follow-up on action items.
  • Assist with budgets, project reporting, expense claims and invoicing.
  • Conduct competitor and customer research, data analysis, reporting, presentations and workshops.
  • Assist and attend project launches and community events, helping to create memorable experiences for our customers.
  • Work collaboratively with internal and external agencies and consultants.
  • Social Media content creation and management of calendars and posting

What We're Looking For:

  • Prior marketing industry experience is preferred but not essential, especially in Digital Marketing with a keen interest in the Property industry
  • A team player who brings energy, initiative and a positive can-do attitude
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
  • A current driver's licence and access to a car for site visits is a must.
