About the role

We have exciting opportunities for Meat Production Packers, Pick Packers and Smallgoods makers to join our Production Team, based in Prestons NSW.

  • Process/production line based work
  • De-carton Meat from boxes
  • Using a variety of knives, hand tools, powered equipment and computer-operated machinery, assembling and operating mincers, grinders, mixers, forming machines, operating filling machines and smoking chambers
  • Preparation of meat for packing and learn to operate the fresh meat packing and labelling machine including technical setting
  • Picking and staging Orders
  • QA compliance & Hygiene
  • Maintain a clean and safe work space, and abide by workplace health and safety policies
  • Great communication
  • The ability to work under pressure and stay positive and calm
