About this opportunity:
- Develop allocation strategies at style-colour-size level, guided by planners and sales insights.
- Manage store replenishment and prioritise stock flow to maximise sales and sell-through.
- Oversee accurate and timely seasonal order allocations, considering store capacity and performance.
- Analyse sizing data to create effective size curves for new orders.
- Recommend and execute store consolidations to optimise inventory and visual merchandising.
- Raise and manage promotions and markdowns, ensuring accuracy across currencies and timelines.
- Build new store stock packages based on performance, capacity, climate, and customer profile.
- Drive performance across DFO and online channels through targeted replenishment strategies.
- Monitor store performance and highlight variances vs. last year, seeking insights from retail teams.
- Analyse sales and sell-through data to propose actions that reduce markdown risk and maximise profit.
- Produce accurate and timely reporting, including weekly trade packs and ad-hoc analysis.
- Collaborate closely with Logistics, VM, Buying, Retail, and Online teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Conduct store visits and gather feedback to stay connected with customer needs and preferences.
- Build commercial awareness by understanding weekly sales drivers and recommending trading actions.
- Continuously review and improve allocation and replenishment processes for efficiency.
You will bring:
- Experience in a retail allocations role preferred, but not required
- Strong commercial awareness with a focus on analytical and data-driven decision-making
- Experience in store is highly regarded
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Proactive problem-solver with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Interested in the fashion industry and commitment to delivering outstanding results
- Intermediate or Advanced Excel skills highly desirable
- Previous experience with AP21, JOOR, Style Arcade highly desirable
