Property Stylist

We're seeking a talented Property Stylist to join our team at Seeto Real Estate. As a full or part-time role based in Concord, NSW 2137, you'll be responsible for creating visually appealing and inviting spaces that help potential buyers envision themselves in our listed properties.

What you'll be doing

• Selecting and arranging furniture, artwork, accessories and other decor to showcase properties in the best possible light
• Collaborating with real estate agents to understand the target buyer demographic and design spaces that appeal to them
• Maintaining an organised inventory of styling equipment and furnishings
• Efficiently setting up and dismantling styling displays between property viewings
• Providing recommendations to improve the overall aesthetic of listed properties

What we're looking for

• Demonstrated experience in property styling or interior design
• Strong aesthetic sensibility and an eye for detail
• Ability to work to tight deadlines and juggle multiple projects
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Creativity and a passion for transforming spaces
• Reliable transportation and a flexible schedule. Must be able to drive a Toyota Hiace.
• Must be able to assemble flat-packed furniture
• Must be physically fit as you will be required to carry bags and crates of decor/linen up and down stairs and at times furniture
• Must be comfortable working unsupervised and on their own
