Looking for a rewarding career move away from the hustle and bustle of Sydney? Nextt is offering an exciting relocation opportunity to join our Client Experience team in beautiful Newcastle, NSW — a vibrant coastal city known for its relaxed lifestyle, stunning beaches, and welcoming community.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced leader in Disability Services to manage a portfolio of clients and lead a dedicated team passionate about delivering exceptional, person-centred support. Our office is based in Toronto, with regular travel across the Newcastle region.

You're an experienced and compassionate leader who is motivated by helping others succeed. You thrive in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment and bring a collaborative, solutions-focused approach to your work.

You'll also bring:

  • Proven leadership experience with strong people management skills
  • A track record of achieving positive outcomes for clients
  • The ability to collaborate effectively across teams and functions
  • Experience in the disability sector, ideally supporting clients with complex mental health needs
  • Strong organisational skills and confidence navigating systems and processes
