Who are we looking for?

We are currently on the lookout for lawyers with administrative law and government experience.

You'll join our team of lawyers in Brisbane and will work in-house with one of our clients where you'll work closely with internal stakeholders on a range of matters including:

  • providing opinions and advice on complex legal, regulatory and policy issues;
  • advising on Right to Information and Privacy law matters;
  • providing advice on data and information management; and
  • advising on statutory functions and powers, statutory interpretation, delegations, authorisations etc.

To join us you'll need:

  • a minimum of 4 years' relevant PQE and experience in administrative law matters;
  • strong reviewing and drafting skills; and
  • excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively and build rapport with internal teams and stakeholders at all levels.
