Dispatch Officer Position in Hume, ACT

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated Dispatch Officer to join our team in Hume, ACT. In this hands-on role, you will play a vital part in supporting our operations, with responsibilities including:

  • Preparing and loading installer runs

  • Delivering parts to sites

  • Assisting product installers on-site as a second person
  • Updating delivery orders and recording received products
  • Collecting products from suppliers

This position involves physical work and requires a strong commitment to workplace health and safety standards. Full training will be provided to ensure you have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.

Essential Requirements:

Driver's Licence: Must possess a valid driver's license.

Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Fast Learner: Capability to quickly grasp new concepts and procedures.

Strong Work Ethic: Demonstrated dedication and reliability in previous roles.

Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately follow instructions and maintain precision in tasks.

Advantages:

Forklift License: Possession of a forklift license would be advantageous.

Basic Computer Literacy: Familiarity with data entry tasks.

Exposure to Manufacturing: Previous experience or exposure to manufacturing processes is beneficial.
