Position: Cleaner
Pay Rate: $31.21 per hour plus Superannuation
Hours: Monday to Friday from 6 AM to 10 AM (or up to 2 PM at the latest)
Location: Irwin Barracks, Karrakatta, WA

Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Clean barracks floors by vacuuming and mopping, maintaining a presentable environment.
Clean ablution rooms, kitchens, and bathrooms, ensuring hygiene standards are met.
Change bed linens, make beds, and replenish toiletries and towels.
Dust and wipe down furniture, fixtures, and surfaces.

To be considered, you must:
- Be an Australian Citizen
- Be physically fit and able to kneel, lift, walk up and down stairs, perform the required cleaning tasks, and stand for 4 hours or more
- Successfully pass a medical assessment, as well as random drug and alcohol tests

Special Conditions
To be considered for this position, you must be an Australian citizen, eligible to obtain and maintain a Defence Security Clearance up to the Negative Vetting 1 (Secret) level.
You will also need to provide a 20-year background check for yourself and your family, including travel and criminal history. Additionally, you must hold a valid Australian driver's license and undergo an Australian Federal Police check.
If you are hired by Ventia, you will need to obtain and maintain DCAC clearance, which will be initiated by the DBS Security team.
