About the role

We are seeking a friendly and professional Part-time Front Desk Receptionist to join our dynamic team at Powerplaysyd' in Sydney, NSW. As the first point of contact, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming experience for all our visitors and clients.

What you'll be doing

  • Greeting and welcoming visitors and clients in a professional and courteous manner
  • Handling incoming phone calls, emails and correspondence in a timely and efficient manner
  • Providing administrative support, including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings and managing office supplies
  • Maintaining a neat and organised reception area to reflect the company's professional image
  • Assisting with other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role, preferably in an office environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanour
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
  • Proficient in using office equipment and Microsoft Office applications
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to work with a willingness to learn
