**About the Business and Role**

Location: Windsor, 4030

Monday-Friday (8am-5pm)

Commex Communications is a family owned and operated business that specialises in providing telecommunications equipment.

We are looking for a Full-Time Receptionist to help manage our front desk daily and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.

This role is best suited to an applicant with a high degree of reliability, who is positive and hard working. Previous experience is an advantage but not essential.

**Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities**
- Answer telephone, screen and direct calls
- Customer Service/Sales - in person and over the phone
- Take and relay messages
- Deal with queries from the public and customers
- Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
- Prepare correspondence and documents
- Receive and sort mail and deliveries
- Monitor and maintain office equipment
- Control inventory relevant to reception area
- Tidy and maintain the reception area
- Filing Paperwork
- Scheduling Technicians to complete client jobs
