We are an award-winning boutique building company specialising in architectural new homes, renovations, and additions. We are currently seeking an experienced Lead Carpenter / Site Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in all aspects of carpentry and general building practices.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborating effectively within a team environment while managing and coordinating the activities of subcontractors and other trades on-site.
  • Taking ownership of the site, serving as the primary point of contact for both employees and subcontractors.
  • Working closely with the Project Manager to ensure project timelines are met, quality standards are upheld, and subcontractors are efficiently managed.
  • Demonstrating the ability to work independently, maintaining focus on project completion and overall site management.
