Due to rapid expansion within the group, we are looking to hire a individual who is self-motivated and seeking to establish his/her position in the ever-demanding Industry of Sales and Marketing.

We are an Australian Group based in Braeside 3195 dealing in manufacturing/Importing of Sporting Goods, Customised Sublimation Sports/Fashion Wear & Fabrics, Selling Van/Car Accessories & Installations, Buying/Selling/Leasing Cars with a dealer license, Entertainment Business in the F&B industry.

We seek to employ a highly dynamic and self-motivated person who can bring the following to the business.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Prioritizing cliental relations (existing & new).

· Networking skills, Self- Motivated & driven to work with a team and by yourself.

· Previous experience in Sales and Marketing will be highly regarded

· Proven experience in developing and implementing sales/marketing strategies with an understand on how to close a sale successfully.

· Computer knowledge (Microsoft office a must) with strong digital marketing skills and the ability to work closely with our in-house IT team.

· A great attitude and willingness to learn are essential.

The successful candidate will be driven to achieve and exceed targets. To be successful in the full-time role, you must be able to demonstrate a proven track record in sales through your experience. We are looking for a responsible candidate who is seeking employment with a flexible work hour schedule.

You will need to be enthusiastic, be career-minded and be able to exceed sales objectives.

Able to travel interstate/overseas on short notice, must have valid travel documentation.

A competitive salary package plus commission structure will be offered for this role depending on the experience and skills of the successful candidate. This package also includes a mobile phone, laptop and other tools required to assist in the above responsibilities.
