Position: Pharmaceutical Sales Representative - West VIC
About The Role
As the Sales Representative for Ego Pharmaceuticals, you play a pivotal role in cultivating and sustaining robust relationships with pharmacies and healthcare professionals in your designated West VIC territory.
Your responsibilities include promoting Ego's product line, identifying new business opportunities, and enhancing market share while delivering exceptional service to Ego's valued partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve or surpass individual monthly, cycle, and annual targets within specified pharmacy outlets in your assigned territory
- Expand product range and sales volume through both existing and new pharmacy partnerships.
- Effectively promote products and services to pharmacy groups in the assigned territory.
- Conduct product knowledge and sales training programs for pharmacists and pharmacy employees to foster a favourable environment for Ego product sales.
- Negotiate optimal shelf space and strategic locations for Ego products within stores.
- Place and maintain shelf trays, management trays, strips, and leaflet holders in selected stores.
- Provide recommendations for merchandiser visits and displays in appropriate stores.
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge, staying informed about Ego and competitor products.
- Manage the territory through strategic call cycles and grading based on business objectives and key accounts.
- Complete weekly reports, expense reports, and allowance sheets, ensuring accurate updates to the database.
- Attend trade shows, state sales meetings, and national sales conferences.
- Visit local and country wholesalers to inform them of promotions and new products.
- Monitor and manage Ego product stock, providing accurate reports for replenishment.
Skills And Experience
- High School Certificate of Education or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of relevant sales or customer service experience is desirable.
