This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly respected pharmaceutical organisation with a strong pipeline, established biologics portfolio and big growth plans across secondary care.
I am seeking an experienced
Hospital / Specialist Sales Representative
who is passionate about partnering with healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes and deliver meaningful value across key therapeutic areas.
About the Role
You will be responsible for managing a defined Victorian hospital territory, driving biologic product uptake, and building long‑lasting relationships with Specialists, Pharmacists, Nurses and key hospital stakeholders.
You will utilise strong commercial acumen and data insights to execute targeted business plans and achieve sales objectives across priority brands.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building strong networks with Specialists, HCPs and hospital staff
- Delivering high‑quality product and disease state education
- Analysing data to identify opportunities and guide territory strategy
- Driving uptake of biologic medicines through tailored tactics and account planning
- Executing marketing initiatives and contributing insights to cross‑functional teams
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and completing required reporting
- Representing the business at conferences, meetings and educational events
About You
You're a proactive, commercially minded professional who understands the dynamic hospital environment as well as specialists' private rooms, and enjoys influencing decision‑makers in complex therapy areas.
You will bring:
- 2+ years' experience in Specialist or Hospital Sales
(essential) - Strong communication, influencing and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proven ability to work autonomously and deliver results
- Confidence interpreting medical literature and clinical data
- Solid understanding of the PBS and prescription medicines landscape
- Strong organisational, planning and time‑management capability
- Desirable:
experience in
Rheumatology and/or Gastroenterology highly regarded
