About the role

We're seeking a skilled Digital Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain both front-end and back-end solutions. In this role, you'll ensure seamless integration across frameworks, server-side logic, and databases—while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation, enhance performance, and elevate RACQ's digital experience across all online products and services.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement innovative enhancements to RACQ's web and mobile applications, delivering high-impact digital solutions.Collaborate with architects, UX designers, analysts, and developers to build scalable and seamless digital experiences.Champion secure coding practices and ensure compliance with OWASP Top 10 standards.Enhance and optimise CI/CD pipelines to accelerate delivery and improve development efficiency.Analyse system requirements, create robust technical designs, and maintain high-quality software through continuous improvement.Contribute to a culture of quality by supporting unit and integration testing efforts.

About You

Proven experience managing development through the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) using agile methodologies, delivering high-quality projects on time.Strong proficiency in developing scalable, robust applications using , C#, and the .NET Framework.Experience supporting and maintaining highly available production systems, ensuring minimal downtime and reliable performance.Skilled in diagnostics and troubleshooting, with a proactive approach to resolving issues and improving systems.Comfortable working independently or in teams, with excellent communication, time management, and stakeholder engagement skills.Experience with Sitecore for content management and web experience is advantageous.
