We are currently seeking an Export Operator to join our team in Perth.

Key Activities/Accountabilities

  • Pre-alerts are sent accurately and timely
  • Ensure customers are invoiced per KPIs
  • Update required daily milestone data
  • Ensure job P&Ls are completed in a timely manner
  • Liaise with relevant stakeholder, airlines, overseas agents, government bodies, service providers etc.
  • Ensuring international compliance requirements including manifest filings, etc. are completed
  • Cruise line related processing, coordination of cargo, offloads, portside handling, etc

Skills and experience

  • 2-3 years' experience in a similar role
  • Dangerous Goods Acceptance – Air (and preferably sea also)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience using CargoWise is essential
  • Load Distribution and Restraint training preferred
