Football Star Academy (FSA) is one of Australia's leading private soccer academies, dedicated to developing confident, skilled, and motivated young players through structured coaching programs. About the Role

We're looking for enthusiastic and reliable Part-Time Soccer Coaches to join our growing team. Whether you're an experienced coach, former player, or someone passionate about working with children, this is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a supportive and professional coaching environment.

You'll be coaching children aged 5 to 14 years, using the Football Star Academy curriculum and training methods. We provide full training, coaching gear, and ongoing development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging and structured soccer training sessions
  • Create a fun, inclusive, and safe environment for all players
  • Build strong relationships with players, parents, and fellow coaches
  • Set up and pack down training equipment
  • Be a positive role model on and off the field

What We're Looking For

  • Passion for working with children and youth development
  • Soccer coaching or playing experience (any level)
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Punctual, reliable, and professional
  • Working With Children Check (WWCC) – Required
  • Coaching qualification (or willingness to obtain) – Preferred

Locations & Availability

  • Coaching sessions held in Canterbury, Balwyn, and Box Hill
  • Typical hours: Weekdays 3:30 PM – 6:30 PM, plus weekends
  • Extra hours available during school holiday programs

Job Types: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $30.00 – $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2 – 10 per week
