Job Description
BESIX Watpac are currently seeing four experienced Supervisors to join the delivery team at New Shellharbour Hospital Project, a greenfield hospital construction valued at $650+ million, providing the local community with an expanded emergency department along with specialised elective surgery, rehabilitation and aged care, acute medical, and mental health services.

This Role Will Be Responsible For

  • Organisingon a daily and weekly basis the sequencing of on-site activities,including the co-ordination of materials, equipment and personnel.
  • In consultation with the Site Manager, allocatingnecessary site staff and resources and ensuring that all the resources for the project areavailable when required.
  • Reviewing the construction programme with the Site Manager, re-sequencing activities as necessary to achieve the programmed completion date.
  • Ensuringthat the Company's policies and practices on safety, industrial relations and quality assurance are implemented at the work face.
  • Ensuring compliance with standards and contract documents.

Qualifications
The incumbent in this role will require the following qualifications and experience:

  • Qualifications in building / construction, or a trade qualification in a construction related field.
  • Demonstrated success supervising the delivery of large commercialor industrial building projects within time, cost and quality requirements.
  • Ability to communicate, influence, and build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
