**THE OPPORTUNITY**
We're seeking an experienced Floor Supervisor to oversee front-of-house operations, ensure outstanding guest service, and lead our dining room team during service.Whether you’re an experienced supervisor ready for a fresh challenge, or a confident section waiter ready to step up and take on more responsibility, this could be the perfect next step in your hospitality career.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise dining room operations and staff during service.
- Ensure exceptional guest experience and handle customer concerns
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards
- Maintain health, safety, and sanitation compliance
- Assist with inventory management and daily operations

**ABOUT YOU**
- Valid working rights and RSA certificate
- Proven restaurant or bar experience (supervisory experience highly regarded)
- Confident leading a team and delegating tasks
- Strong communication skills and professional presentation

Pay: $55,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
