Adviser Services Associate

The role
The focus of your role is to ensure client queries and exceptions are managed and responded to in a timely manner. Queries and exceptions are received via telephone enquiries and a dedicated support ticketing system. This will involve problem solving skills to assist clients efficiently.
You will be part of the Adviser Services Team. The team is focused on providing prompt, consistent and high-quality support service to all clients of DASH Platform and Software. DASH clients are financial advisers and their staff.
With your past experience in a similar role, your team members will look to you for guidance and assistance in resolving more complex issues.
Key Responsibilities
The Adviser Services Consultant will be responsible for delivering this support, including activities such as:

Ensuring client queries and exceptions are managed and responded to in a timely manner and as per SLAs.

Manage relationships by understanding our clients needs and delivering high-quality service.
-
Assist less experienced team members with guidance and support.
-
Collect and deliver client feedback to the sales and product team.
-
Participate/be involved in new projects as and when they arise that may be outside if your role scope/responsibilities

Represent the brand and culture of DASH to our clients.
Key Skills Required
-
Degree qualified preferable but not essential, in a business-related discipline such as Accounting, Economics or Commerce.

At least 1 year's previous experience in a client services or support role within the financial services industry is essential.

Knowledge and understanding of financial planning or financial markets from an operational perspective is essential.

Client focused, enthusiastic and flexible to go above and beyond your job description.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills supported by clear and concise communication skills.

A strong team player with a collaborative approach.

Detail oriented, organised and have a high degree of follow through.

Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
