We're a young, rapidly growing company specialising in stylish, on-trend framed wall art prints. We're looking for a motivated team member to join our production team and help us deliver beautiful artwork at consistently high quality.

Key responsibilities

  • Plan and prioritise daily print runs to meet production deadlines.
  • Liaise with suppliers and business partners; plan and schedule manufacturing jobs.
  • Operate printers to produce wall art prints and prepare outputs for framing.
  • Maintain the artwork image database and quality-assure all incoming images.
  • Conduct thorough print quality checks and troubleshoot basic issues.
  • Pack unframed print orders with care and accuracy.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop; assist with general framing-area tasks as needed.

Skills & experience

  • Exceptional attention to detail with a strong focus on minimising errors when handling artwork.
  • Basic graphic design skills; proficiency with Photoshop or similar image-editing tools.
  • Highly organised, strong planning abilities, and comfortable multi-tasking.
  • Clean, tidy, responsible, and a collaborative team player.
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience operating wide-format printers is highly desirable, but not essential.
