We are a fast-growing on-line art company located in Melbourne. As we continue to scale, we're looking for a Print Production & Process Innovation Specialist to join our team.

This role goes beyond traditional print operation — you'll not only be responsible for producing high-quality art prints, but also play an active role in improving our workflows, introducing automation, and experimenting with AI-driven tools to make our production smarter and more efficient.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Strong attention to detail – accuracy is critical when handling artworks.
  • Basic graphic design skills, plus familiarity with MS Excel or Mac Numbers.
  • Highly organised, with excellent planning and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Clean, tidy, responsible, and a collaborative team player.
  • Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with wide-format printer operation is highly desirable, but not essential.
  • Open-minded and eager to learn, particularly when it comes to automation and AI tools.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Plan and schedule daily printing jobs to ensure timely production.
  • Operate printers to produce high-quality wall art prints.
  • Carry out print quality control to maintain consistency and excellence.
  • Support in developing and deploying automation and AI tools for auto or semi-auto workflows.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation.
  • Assist with unframed print order packing and general workshop maintenance.
