F45 Studio Manager

F45 Bli Bli is searching for a Studio Manager with exceptional people skills, a deep understanding of sales, enjoys building relationships within the community, understands key performance indicators, and the importance of operational excellence.

The Studio Manager will have a personality plus, and be truly passionate about F45 and helping others achieve their goals whilst having a great time doing it. You will head up a small coaching team, and your time will be split between instructing classes, sales and marketing, retention, promoting and growing the business, and management of trainers and clients.
- Develop and help foster a positive, motivational and community-based team training environment.
- Deliver high quality, results-focused F45 group fitness classes and drive results for members.
- Manage the studio coaching team, and create an exciting/motivating team culture.
- Manage lead generation, sales conversions, new member onboarding, consultations, studio tours, and reporting analysis.
- Manage and drive studio performance, work strategically to assess and meet all KPIs/Studio Performance Metrics.
- Implementing a marketing strategy plan to increase sales for fitness programs and leading the sales process.
- Managing F45 Challenges, and keeping members engaged and motivated throughout with competitions and activities.
- Social Media content creation and management.
- Develop and help foster a positive, motivational and community-based team training environment.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Cert 3 or 4 in Fitness, and current First Aid & CPR Certified
- Proven results in meeting KPIs and working with targets.
- 2+ year’s experience in the Health & Fitness industry.
- People management experience, including directly overseeing all aspects of staff management from hiring, training, supporting & disciplining
- Outstanding experience delivering high-quality customer service, excellent communication, organisational, and written skills
- Excellent leadership and management skills to create a positive, successful environment for staff and clients.

**Salary**: $62,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

- Bli Bli, QLD 4560: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Studio Manager: 2 years (preferred)
- Group fitness: 2 years (preferred)
