About the role

We are looking for a Manager Services Manager.The role is a full time permanent position based in our head office in Canberra, and requires the successful candidate to work with a large experienced team providing SaaS and managed services support to our clients.

• Experience in working in a team of talented and professional Systems and Network engineers involved in delivering services to a range of clients;
• Experience managing a service desk with SLA management;
• Experience with incident response leadership;
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365 platform;
• Experience in Microsoft infrastructure technology;
• Experience in networking technologies;
• Experience in leading a technical team;
• Experience in client relationship management;
• Experience in security technologies;
• Experience with Essential 8;
• Experience with change management;
• Experience with risk management;
• Ability to achieve agreed outcomes on schedule and within budget; and
• Effective communication skills to communicate at all levels.
