Dental Practice Coordinator and Receptionist

Bespoke Dental is a boutique dental practice located in Turner with a reputation for delivering exemplary dental care to patients.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and capable practice coordinator/receptionist who can manage a dynamic appointment book with excellent communication skills to join our practice on a full time basis. This role will suit someone with a warm disposition, an attention to detail and a proven track record of delivering exceptional care and customer service.

We are looking for individuals that:

- have experience in the dental profession
- have an ability to work as part of a team
- can take on leadership roles as needed
- have had experience with practice management programs
- are proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel
- have demonstrated an ability to run an appointment book

**Salary**: $33.00 - $35.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

Masks are worn at all times except for meal times and hand sanitiser is used regularly

**Experience**:

- Dental reception: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
