Open Gaming Attendant position for Cabramatta Hotel.

Casual 2-4 shifts per week available for the right applicant.

What we are looking for:

  • Experience (preferred, but not essential)

  • A current & valid RSA/RCG competency card (must have both)

  • Flexible availability including the ability to work nights & weekends (compulsory) and public holidays

  • Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly can-do attitude.

  • Able to work well in a team environment & unsupervised

Key responsibilities include:

  • Provide exceptional customer service in the gaming area, ensuring an exceptional experience.
  • Prepare and serve drinks efficiently while upholding Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) requirements.
  • Assist patrons with gaming machines while ensuring Responsible Conduct of Gambling (RCG) compliance.
  • Accurately handle cash, process transactions, and complete end-of-shift reconciliations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of bar and gaming areas, ensuring venue standards are met at all times.
