About the Role

We're looking for a fully qualified electrician with at least 3 years' experience to join our in-house crew as a lead electrician. You'll be running solar and battery installs across a variety of residential and commercial systems.

You'll work with a crew of 2 apprentices and 2–3 labourers, supported by training and an approachable boss who has your back. This role suits someone who cares deeply about quality, enjoys developing others, and is comfortable taking responsibility on-site.

What You'll Need

  • Tasmanian Practitioner Electrical Licence
  • White Card
  • Fully qualified electrician with 3+ years' experience
  • At least 2 years in solar/battery installs (varied sizes)
  • Solar On-Grid accreditation + Battery Storage accreditation
  • Comfortable leading a team of 3–5 on-site
  • Strong technical skills and safe work practices
  • Pride in delivering quality work
