Job Summary

Clinical Trials Nurse required for a pharmaceutical company sponsored clinical trials for a private site

-KEY Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support all operational aspects of clinical trials according to GCP, regulatory requirements, and protocol guidelines.
  • Assist in the preparation, submission, and maintenance of regulatory documentation (e.g., IRB submissions, informed consent forms).
  • Schedule and oversee study visits, monitor subject enrollment, and maintain communication with investigators, site staff, and sponsors.
  • Ensure timely data entry, query resolution, and accurate documentation in electronic data capture systems.
  • Monitor inventory and handling of study supplies, investigational products, and trial-related documents.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including regulatory, medical, and data management.
  • Participate in site monitoring visits, audits, and inspections as needed

Qualifications

  • Degree in nursing with AHPRA registration is a preference
  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences, healthcare, or related field with experience in Clinical Trials
  • 1–3 years of experience in clinical research or clinical trial coordination preferred.
  • Knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and FDA regulations.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and clinical trial management systems (CTMS).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00 – $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 36 per week

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
