**About your new role**
As a Better Rehab P&C Advisor, your day could include:
- Manage the P&C inbox responding to general enquiries and escalating issues as required
- Manage the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding and exit interviews
- Ensure all Better Rehabbers maintain full compliance to be able to operate in the NDIS, their discipline and state
- Partner with people leaders within your region providing support, coaching and advice on all P&C related matters
- Day to day management and mentoring of the People & Culture Administrator
- Draft contract variation letters for staff changes in their role, remuneration or location and update internal databases accordingly
- Assist the P&C manager in delivering on cyclical P&C activities such as performance and remuneration reviews
- Manage and deliver on projects to deliver meaningful impacts to the business
- Keep abreast of legislative information across all States and interpret their relevance to Better Rehab
- Chair monthly WH&S meetings, escalating issues to the P&C Manager as required.
**About you**
- You are passionate about making a difference
- You are a people person first and foremost
- Undergraduate degree in business or human resources or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years’ experience in a HR Generalist or Advisory position
- In depth knowledge of employment law and legislation
- Experience in HRIS systems (Better Rehab currently uses Employment Hero)
- Intermediate to advanced understanding across the full MS Office Suite, advanced excel experience is highly desirable
