We are currently looking for experienced truck driversto join our team.

Casual and full time positions are available after completing the initial probation period to the right applicants. MC License is essential and applicants with experience driving log trucks will be looked upon favorably.

The positions are based out of the Derwent Valley.

Tasks and duties will include:

  • Drive the vehicle to pick up and delivery points and load/unload vehicle according to site requirements.
  • Accurately maintain daily driver log and other paperwork as required
  • Accurately complete electronic paperwork at pickup and delivery points
  • Comply with Work Health & Safety practices
  • Maintain clean vehicle and carry out routine vehicle maintenance and checks.

To be successful, the ideal person will:

  • Have previous truck-driving experience (log truck preferred but not essential)
  • Be willing to undergo a pre-employment medical assessment including drug and alcohol screen.
  • Have MC License
  • Have an Excavator/Loader license or be willing/able to obtain
  • Have knowledge of fatigue management & mass management
  • Be reliable, punctual and self-motivated
  • Have the ability to undertake further training if required
