As the first point of contact for prospective clients, you'll represent our brand with professionalism and passion. You'll play a key role in helping customers navigate their home-buying journey — showcasing our exceptional designs, tailoring solutions to their needs, and guiding them from first inquiry through to contract signing.

What You'll Do

  • Welcome and engage visitors at the display home, delivering outstanding first impressions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers, understanding their lifestyle needs and budget
  • Conduct professional sales presentations to showcase Clarendon's home designs and inclusions
  • Proactively generate leads through networking, referrals, online platforms, and community engagement
  • Guide clients through the sales process, from initial inquiry to contract, ensuring an exceptional customer experience
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth handover from sales to build phase

About You
To be successful, you'll bring:

  • Previous sales experience, ideally in new home sales, real estate, or a customer-focused role
  • A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • A strong customer-first mindset with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly
  • Self-motivation, resilience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Availability to work Thursday to Monday, including weekends
