About the role
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Concrete Laborer to join our team in Lonsdale, SA. As a casual employee, you will be responsible for assisting with a variety of concrete pouring and finishing tasks to support our construction projects. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in the trade and construction industry.
What you'll be doing
- Site preparation
- Form work installation
- Steel Fixing
- Demolition
- Pouring concrete as directed by the site supervisor
- Finishing concrete surfaces with machinery and hand tools
- Cleaning and maintaining concrete equipment and tools
- Assisting with the general labor and cleanup tasks on construction sites
- Following all health and safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment
What we're looking for
- Some experience in general construction or laboring work, preferably in a concrete-related role
- A strong work ethic and the ability to follow instructions accurately
- Good physical fitness and the stamina to perform physical labor throughout the day
