Our skilled team is equipped to handle all civil construction requirements, from underground service installation to earthworks and pavement preparation. At Hayes Services, we aim to make every job easier by providing the right people for the task.

Due to our expanding client base and growing workload, We have various on-site roles based in Adelaide, SA, for Laborers/ Pipelayers (conduits and stormwater) and machine operators.The responsibilities include installing reinforced concrete pipe systems, conduit installation, assisting with earthworks and preparing pavements, small concreting tasks and ensuring safety protocols are always followed. The role also involves operating machinery and tools, preparing job sites, and working closely with the team to complete projects efficiently and effectively.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in pipe laying, repairing, and maintaining pipe systems
- Skills in operating machinery and tools
- Knowledge of earthworks and pavement preparation
- Adherence to safety protocols and guidelines
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Physical stamina and the ability to handle manual labor
- Previous experience in civil construction is advantageous
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in construction-related fields
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions
- Experience with conduit and pit installations
- Concreting skills would be an advantage

Drivers license is required

White card

Excavator Ticket and experience

Pipe laying experience

Random Drug & Alcohol testing

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay

**Experience**:

- Civil Construction: 3 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (required)
- White Card (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
