Due to continued growth, we are seeking experienced Senior Electrical Engineer with a control systems background to join our Brisbane team. This is a permanent, full-time position where you'll take the lead on electrical design while also applying your experience in control systems and automation.

About The Role:
Lead FEED and Detailed Design for HV/LV systems (switchgear, protection, earthing, UPS, batteries).
Deliver functional designs for control and automation systems – PLCs, RTUs, SCADA, and protection/control schemes.
Prepare design packages, drawings, scopes, specifications, and reports.
Ensure compliance with Australian standards and QA processes.
Mentor and support junior engineers and graduates.
Contribute to improving engineering processes and standards.
About You:
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering with 6+ years' experience.
Chartered (CPEng) and RPEQ (or working towards).
Strong background in electrical design for HV/LV projects.
Solid experience in controls and automation (PLC/RTU/SCADA, comms, protocols like IEC 61850, Modbus, DNP3).
Strong report writing and documentation skills.
Experience leading small design teams and mentoring juniors.
