About the role
Bunbury Auto One is seeking an experienced and driven Store Manager to lead our flagship store in Bunbury, WA. This is a full-time role where you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, driving sales and profitability, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. As Store Manager, you will be a key part of our Retail & Trade Consumer Products team, contributing to the overall success of our business.
What you'll be doing
- Manage all day-to-day store operations, including inventory management, staff, and sales tracking
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve financial targets
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping environment
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of retail sales associates
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency
- Collaborate with the wider Bunbury Auto One team to support the overall business objectives
What we're looking for
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in the automotive or consumer products industry
- Proven track record of successfully leading a team and driving sales performance
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to provide a superior shopping experience
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and financial management skills
- Proficient in using retail management software and data analysis tools
- Passion for the automotive industry and a commitment to delivering high-quality products and services
