We're a busy local cafe known for our great coffee, friendly service, and relaxed atmosphere. As our team grows, we're looking for energetic and reliable Cafe All-Rounders to join us — people who love good food, coffee, and creating great customer experiences.


About the Role

As a Cafe All-Rounder, you'll be involved in all aspects of day-to-day cafe operations — from serving customers and making coffees, to helping in the kitchen and keeping the space looking great.


Key Responsibilities

Greet customers and take orders with a smile

Operate the POS and handle payments

Prepare and serve coffee, drinks, and food items

Assist with food prep and plating when needed

Clear tables, wash dishes, and maintain cleanliness throughout the cafe

Restock supplies and ensure the service area runs smoothly

Work efficiently as part of a team during busy periods


Skills & Experience

Previous cafe or hospitality experience preferred (but not essential for the right person)

Confident with customer service and multitasking

Basic barista skills a bonus

Positive attitude, reliability, and team spirit

Availability on weekdays

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $24.95 – $30.95 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week

Work Location: In person
