Excavator Operator with demolition experience

Brisbane, Queensland, Australia WMA Demolition Full time

We are looking for a hardworking excavator operator with a minimum of 5yrs experience operating 6T to 34T excavators and must have previous DEMOLITION experience.

Truck license would also be most favourable when applying.

A Class license would also be most favourable when applying so you can undertake any contaminated soil works.

WMA works all over Brisbane - North to Western Suburbs - Gold Coast.  Our depot is at Yamanto

This position is full time / start now, with a weekly pay cycle

We go the extra mile for our clients and expect the same from our team

Key Responsibilities:

  • willing to get off the machine to work with team on the ground
  • undertake daily pre-starts & operation of plant
  • maintain plant & equipment
  • follow company OHS Policies & Procedures
  • be reliable and hardworking

To be successful you will need:

  • Qld Drivers Licence
  • Construction Industry Induction Card
  • Reliable transport
  • Current VOC for Plant
  • Relevant work history and references
  • Experience in both Excavator operation and demolition
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Truck License
  • A Class for contaminated soil works
