At Kyocera Document Solutions Australia, we're passionate about innovation, sustainability, and delivering exceptional value to our partners. We're looking for a Channel Manager who thrives on building strong relationships and driving revenue growth through strategic channel partnerships.

What You'll Do

  • Own the relationship and Manage the Performance of dealers and channel partners across Victoria & Tasmania.
  • Assist key dealers and channel partners with business development planning and execution.
  • Support dealers with strategic account and tender opportunities.
  • Provide a point of escalation for dealers back into the Kyocera business.
  • Promote Kyocera's full product range and uncover new business opportunities.
  • Deliver accurate forecasts and stay ahead of competitor trends.
  • Coordinate dealer training and product launches.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years' experience in channel-based sales roles.
  • 3+ years in Print & MFD, IT, or office automation industries (preferred).
  • Proven success in hitting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, influencing, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organisational skills.
  • A proactive, customer-focused mindset with the ability to work independently.
