The Salty Axe is the Fraser Coast's very first axe throwing experience, and we're on the hunt for enthusiastic, outgoing, and confident people to join our team as Salty Coaches

We're offering a mix of part-time and casual positions (4 in total) for energetic individuals who love people, thrive in a fun atmosphere, and aren't afraid to try something new.

About The Role:

As a Salty Coach, you'll be the face of The Salty Axe, guiding guests through safe and exciting axe throwing sessions and making sure every experience hits the mark.

You'll bring the energy, create memorable moments, and help grow this brand-new adventure right here on the Fraser Coast. Plus, you'll occasionally represent The Salty Axe at off-site events, showcasing our one-of-a-kind activity at local festivals, community gatherings, and pop-up activations.

What You'll Do:

• Deliver fun, safe, and engaging axe throwing sessions for individuals, parties, and corporate groups.
• Teach guests the art of axe throwing (no experience needed - we'll train you).
• Keep the vibes high and the atmosphere fun, while ensuring safety remains the top priority.
• Represent The Salty Axe at community events and off-site activations across the region.
• Assist with setup, venue operations, and stock management.
• Be a team player who brings positivity, reliability, and enthusiasm every shift.

What We're Looking For:

• A natural people person with a friendly, confident, and engaging personality.
• Available Thursday–Sunday, including day and evening shifts.
• Reliable, flexible, and ready to jump in where needed.
• Willingness to travel to off-site locations for community activations.
• No axe throwing experience required - just a great attitude and willingness to learn.

Please note; this role is not suitable for juniors.
