Senior Data Integration Analyst, Digital Health Projects

About the role:
The Senior Data Integration Analyst will play a pivotal role in supporting the department's transition to the Mental Health and Wellbeing Client Management System (MHWCMS), ensuring continuity of critical business-as-usual reporting functions. This role is responsible for:
- Analysing and documenting the current database architecture and data flows that underpin internal reporting processes.
- Designing and developing data services to populate new departmental databases aligned with MHWCMS requirements.
- Building robust data transformation and loading services to integrate data from the new databases into the department's existing reporting environment.
This position ensures that data integrity, accessibility, and reporting continuity are maintained throughout the system implementation, enabling informed decision-making and operational resilience

About you:
Can you demonstrate the following?
- Ensure uninterrupted internal reporting by analysing and documenting existing database structures and data flows that support business-as-usual operations
- Design, build, and maintain data services that populate new departmental databases aligned with MHWCMS implementation requirements
- Specify ETL processes to transform and load data from new MHWCMS databases into the department's existing reporting environment
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify data needs, and ensure alignment between technical solutions and business objectives.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of data flows, service designs, and integration processes to support transparency, knowledge transfer, and future enhancements
