Your purpose:

We're looking for a forward-thinking Media Implementation Group Director to drive growth, innovation, and impact for our clients, partners, and team.

In this role, you'll be the go-to leader guiding our business and clients through the ever-changing media landscape-across both online and offline channels. You'll lead a high-performing team of Account Directors, Managers, Executives, and Assistants, inspiring them to deliver outstanding results while streamlining workflows and embracing cutting-edge media solutions.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Oversee your team's product including briefing, negotiation, booking media for implementation, quality of outputs, reporting, and day to day invoicing and billing.
  • Collaborate on and improve one common set of products nationally with a common approach, methodology, marketing collateral and training as set by Head of Media Implementation, and CoE
  • Work closely with the Business Management Team within the agency to ensure their overall experience and performance meets client objectives.
  • Lead your team, encouraging them to develop strong relationships with clients and suppliers to deliver the best possible outcomes.
  • Cultivate strong relationships, know when to take the conversation "up a level" and drill down into the detail of the work that is being delivered by your team.
  • Apply a thinker mindset to unearth strategic opportunity when speaking to clients and prospects.

Your Expertise:

  • Proven experience in a leadership role across offline channels
  • Experience buying across digital channels will be a huge bonus
  • Highly process driven and confident in leading a large team
  • Exceptional client management skills and experience in a client facing role
  • Proven ability to deliver analysis and insights in a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced presentation skills and storytelling ability to both technical and non-technical audiences
